Often the crown jewel of the steakhouse menu, a well-prepared 100% Grass Fed Rib steak is a culinary delight, especially if you’re American! The rib steak comes from the loin muscle which stretches along the spine from the base of the neck to the hip, outside of the rib cage. It has a focused flavoring of richness and butteriness, where the Kansas NY Strip offers a more basic meat flavor, partly due to having less fat.
